I had a full time job for many years but my job didnt offer insurance and i could not afford it. i got an infected tooth and no dentist would pull it out ( that would have cost 100 to 300 dollars) because of my age. They would only offer to do expensive treatments that i could not afford. so i had to keep the tooth until it became life threatening. it became blindingly painful and i was developing ludwigs angina. then they pulled it.

The problem is the Mercantilist healthcare industry with no competition between the States, thanks to the regulations enforcing that each State has its own mandates and insurance packages, to protect overly high cost insurance plans.
